We are solely invested in the forgotten workers of the IT industry; those with over three decades of experience.

These remarkable individuals may have even recently retired early but are now eager to re-enter the workforce. We recognise the immense value they bring, and we are committed to helping them find meaningful employment opportunities.

Since the late 1980’s, one of our team has spent his career developing systems within Government, Utilities, Health, and Banking sectors, and he found that his ageing skillset is valuable in enabling him to seamlessly switch to working between different roles, code-sets, programming languages, operating systems, methodologies, and even business domains. 

This was very apparent when he recently joined the NHS. 

This project was new to him, and within his first few months six long-term staff retired, leaving him as the only person with the knowledge to support and maintain several large NHS systems. Even more ridiculous was that he had to single-handedly master a very old programming language called Application Master - without any training – to enable the NHS to develop new functionality to meet government policy. This task would have been almost impossible if he wasn’t such a Wise Tortoise!
